DRDO RAC Scientist 'B' Recruitment 2025

The **Recruitment and Assessment Centre (RAC)** of **DRDO** has released a notification for the recruitment of **Scientist ‘B’** in various disciplines. The vacancies are for appointments in DRDO labs across India under the Ministry of Defence.

- **Level 10 (7th CPC Pay Matrix)**  

- Basic Pay: ₹56,100/- per month  

- Total CTC: Approx. ₹90,000 – ₹1,00,000/month including allowances (HRA, DA, TA, etc.)

✴️𝗩𝗔𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗬:  

- **Expected Total**: Around **180–200** posts (final number to be confirmed in the official notification)

✴️𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗔𝗚𝗢𝗥𝗬 𝗙𝗘𝗘:  

- General/OBC/EWS: ₹100/-  

- SC/ST/PwD/Women: **No Fee**

✴️𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡:  

- **Essential**: First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in relevant discipline from a recognized university  

- **For Science Streams**: Master’s Degree in relevant subject (e.g. MSc in Physics/Maths/Psychology)  

- **GATE score**: Valid GATE score in relevant subject is **mandatory**

- **General**: Max 28 Years  

- **OBC**: Max 31 Years  

- **SC/ST**: Max 33 Years  

- **PwD/ExSM**: As per central government norms
